"Long sandy beach with white shells - dogs & horses welcome"
Sibirien is a much lusher location than what you may associate the name with at first (it translates to Siberia in Swedish). This beach is easiest to access by car (head for the road Sibirienvägen). The beach is hidden behind a wall of grassy sand dunes. The water is shallow and often with some presence of seaweed. The sand is mixed with gravel and shells. There are several beaches along the long stretch of sand that fringes Skälderviken bay. Sibirien is the southernmost beach and the one with most natural surroundings. Southwards the view is natural and towards north is the city of Ängelholm. Bring what you need for your stay at the beach. If you would like a beach with more amenities or if you want to surf the calm waves head slightly northwards to Råbocka beach. Dogs and also horses are welcome on the southern part of this beach, look out for signs indicating the exact locations.
