Kyhl Borrby beach is a long, wide and fine-grained sandy beach. It is easy to access and thus one of the busiest during summer months. Large low grassy sand dunes and further inland pinetrees line this sandy stretch. The beach is facing open sea and waters are commonly cold. Note that strong currents prevail in the water especially when wind direction is towards land. Thus, although the water is shallow the beaches on the northern part of the coast are more suitable for children. There is a swimming pool which can be a nice alternative if to the sea when it is rough. Bring something to provide shade for your stay at the beach. The scenery is natural towards both north and south. Kyhls Borrby beach is part of a ca. 12 km long stretch of sand that includes several good locations for swimming. Further south along this stretch are the beaches Mälarhusen and Sandhammaren.
