The disabled friendly section of Ribersborg beach is situated in the southern part of the almost 2 km long beach. A large number of piers line Riberborg beach and Hylliekroken is found by pier number 6. There is almost no sandy beach here, the bath mainly consists of piers extending from the rocky coastline (rock armours) and surrounding vast grassy fields. The piers are adapted for disabled and there is also a mobile lift to facilitate getting in to the water. Adjacent to the beach is a café and a sauna especially equipped for disabled. From the waters you may enjoy the view of the insanely twisted 190.4m high building Turning torso and the mighty Öresund bridge. When the sky is clear you can see Copenhagen on the other side of the strait. Next to this bath is a marine knowledge center called Sea-U.
